Great opportunity: safety inspector (State of Nagaland)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a safety inspector in Kiphire, State of Nagaland. Day-to-day duties: • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
