You will prepare the mise en place before each service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
