Bread baker • Wokha, State of Nagaland

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Wokha, State of Nagaland. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker The role involves: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. ₹19,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
