What we are looking for: • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage Day to day you will clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel.
