Cook — Tenkasi district

Join our team: we are hiring a cook in Tenkasi district, State of Tamil Nadu. You will work at a fast-food outlet. Day to day you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
