Great opportunity: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Mangan, Sikkim. You will work on flat roofs and terraces. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam Your main tasks: • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
