Captain waiter wanted in Ranchi

Vacancy available: we are hiring a captain waiter in Ranchi, State of Jharkhand. You will be based in a café. The role involves restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; clear and reset tables between covers; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar. You should have: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
