On the job you will handle: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Pay around ₹32,500 per month, based on your experience.
