Dishwashing attendant — Umaria District

Join our team: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Umaria District, Madhya Pradesh. The job is at a banquet hall. Ideally you have keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards; careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers. Your main tasks: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
