Your main tasks: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Clear and reset tables between covers • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages You should have: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Six days a week, one day off.
