Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coater in Vellore, State of Tamil Nadu. You should bring able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg; knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process. The role involves inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
