Kitchenhand — Kollam

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Kollam, State of Kerala. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift You should bring basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus); good teamwork with chefs and floor staff. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Share your details and we will call you back.
