The role involves carry out leak inspections and patch repairs; solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets; fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; bed and point ridge tiles with mortar; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates. We are looking for a good head for heights and steady balance; confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
