Join our team: we are hiring an oven operator in East Siang, State of Arunachal Pradesh. On the job you will handle: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe We are looking for 2+ years' experience as a baker; able to lift 25 kg flour sacks; able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
