Oven operator wanted in Buxar

Great opportunity: we are hiring an oven operator in Buxar, State of Bihar. Day-to-day duties: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
