What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry The role involves trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; season and marinate meat on request; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone.
