Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coater in The Dangs, State of Gujarat. We are looking for willing to work shifts and overtime; knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process; 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting. The role involves: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
