Great opportunity: we are hiring a canteen cook in Khairgarh Chhuikhadan Gandai, State of Chhattisgarh. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Day to day you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs.
