Vertical milling machine operator — Gyalshing

Vacancy available: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Gyalshing, Sikkim. You will be based in a toolroom. Your main tasks: • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square You should bring able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T; proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
