Urgent requirement: we are hiring a halal butcher in Rangareddi, State of Telangana. Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry The role involves take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; season and marinate meat on request; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. ₹17,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
