You will set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator. You should bring know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio; wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times; site safety induction or labour card an advantage. Rotating shifts.
