Now hiring: we are hiring a pressman in Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh. Day to day you will shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; give each garment a final press before packing; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number. Ideally you have able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets; physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work; aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around ₹1,350 per day, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts.
