Toolroom milling operator • East Godavari, State of Andhra Pradesh

We are recruiting: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in East Godavari, State of Andhra Pradesh. The job is at a fabrication and machining plant. We are looking for 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience; experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls; willing to work rotating shifts and night shift. You will measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
