On the job you will handle: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. ₹38,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
