Paint booth operator • Sukma, State of Chhattisgarh

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Sukma, State of Chhattisgarh. You will work on an industrial coating line. The role involves: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
