What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Day to day you will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures.
