Immediate opening: we are hiring a building site helper in Karbi Anglong, Assam. You will work on a commercial building project. You should bring prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites; able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions; physically fit and comfortable working at height. Day to day you will mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days.
