Join our team: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Tonk, State of Rajasthan. You should bring able to work early-morning and night shifts; understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics. On a typical shift you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials.
