Cake decorator • Ajitgarh, State of Punjab

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cake decorator in Ajitgarh, State of Punjab. You will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. Ideally you have able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen; familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens; basic cake decorating and piping skills. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
