On a typical shift you will capture proof of delivery with a customer signature or photo on the handset; carry food orders in an insulated thermal box to keep meals hot; update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time; scan the barcode on every consignment before pick-up and after drop-off; handle fragile and perishable items with care while riding; keep the delivery bag and box clean and hygienic for food orders.
