Vacancy available: we are hiring a food and beverage server in South West Garo Hills, Meghalaya. What we are looking for: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Your main tasks: • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
