Bread baker — Bankura

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Bankura, West Bengal. The job is in a bread factory. You will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. Ideally you have understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics; food handler / hygiene certificate. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off.
