Line cook wanted in Pakke Kessang

Great opportunity: we are hiring a line cook in Pakke Kessang, State of Arunachal Pradesh. You will work at a roadside dhaba. Day-to-day duties: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service We are looking for sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards; able to read and follow recipes and dockets; strong knife skills and speed on the line.
