Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in West Godavari, State of Andhra Pradesh. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. You will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
