Turning centre operator — Wanaparthy

Vacancy available: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Wanaparthy, State of Telangana. The role involves run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; load and index turning tools in the turret; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; write and edit G-code programs at the control. Ideally you have confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges; comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg; working knowledge of G-code and M-code.
