Laundry presser — Bemetara

Vacancy available: we are hiring a laundry presser in Bemetara, State of Chhattisgarh. You will work in a busy laundry. The role involves operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; give each garment a final press before packing. You should bring a keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases; able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets; able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine. Rotating shifts.
