You should bring valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket; comfortable working at height and in confined spaces; able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear. The role involves rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists.
