Vertical milling machine operator — Kangra

Immediate opening: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Kangra, State of Himachal Pradesh. You will work at an automotive components factory. Day to day you will set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery. Ideally you have experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls; 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience; physically fit to stand and lift workpieces. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
