Join our team: we are hiring a dishwasher in Chumoukedima, State of Nagaland. Day-to-day duties: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
