You should have: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems Day-to-day duties: • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear Six days a week, one day off. ₹23,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
