GMAW welder — Karbi Anglong

Vacancy available: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Karbi Anglong, Assam. You will work on a structural steel site. On the job you will handle: • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc Ideally you have able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings; steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Share your details and we will call you back.
