Foundry worker — Karauli

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a foundry worker in Karauli, State of Rajasthan. You will work in a non-ferrous casting shop. Your main tasks: • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
