Urgent requirement: moulder (State of Jharkhand)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a moulder in Saraikela, State of Jharkhand. On a typical shift you will apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings. You should have: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided.
