Road roller operator — Lahul and Spiti

Vacancy available: we are hiring a road roller operator in Lahul and Spiti, State of Himachal Pradesh. The job is on a busy construction site. Day to day you will top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines. Ideally you have valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence; knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance; awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around ₹230 per hour, based on your experience. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
