Prep cook — Thoothukkudi

Join our team: we are hiring a prep cook in Thoothukkudi, State of Tamil Nadu. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate On a typical shift you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in.
