Shakeout operator — Dimapur

Great opportunity: we are hiring a shakeout operator in Dimapur, State of Nagaland. On the job you will handle: • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring Requirements: • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry 6+ years on the tools preferred.
