We are recruiting: we are hiring a retail butcher in Jammu, State of Jammu and Kashmir. The role involves take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. Ideal candidate: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Pay around ₹1,200 per day, based on your experience.
