Ideal candidate: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges The role involves apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding.
