We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat cutter in Prakasam, State of Andhra Pradesh. The role involves dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Pay around ₹240 per hour, based on your experience.
