Deboner wanted in Karauli

We are recruiting: we are hiring a deboner in Karauli, State of Rajasthan. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. Day to day you will season and marinate meat on request; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift.
